Technical Sales Support
The Technical Sales Support team serves as the primary point of contact for our Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams to support our sales organization across all products. We provide tools so that our sales teams can focus on generating revenue and leverage our strong relationships with CSRware’s Tech teams to enable our sales organization to do multi-solution selling, launch and support new products, and help and engage our users.
As a Customer Sales Engineer (CSE), you will utilize both your technical aptitude and exemplary communication skills to drive business with CSRware’s top-tier customers. You will work with our Sales, Customer Implementation, and Engineering teams to improve the online presence of our clients by providing technical consultation on products such as the our Energy & Sustainability Management (ESM) and Sustainable Supply Chain (SSC) modules. You will develop value propositions, present business arguments, create proofs- of-concept, and evangelize CSRware technologies. You will interact frequently and closely with our customers on both technical and non-technical levels. The CSE role allows you to apply both your technical skills and business acumen in the fast-paced world of CSRware sales.
- Responsible for customer implementation on product platform (setup accounts, define requirements and configure data inputs)
- Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
- Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
- Solve customers’ business issues, brainstorming with the Sales team on technical propositions to enhance customer websites around three vectors: traffic building, user engagement, and conversion capabilities
- Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, which include marketing professionals and engineers
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software technical sales and knowledge of technology. CSE needs to be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports. SE must be well organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
